Question: How is organised your coding ? is all your coding for R included in pre ? If no, what are your other coding about R ?

We usually have some work in progress branches that are not included in the main versions... Our code is somewhat decently organized, overall, but there are a few files which are way way bigger than they should be, but updating that is a pain so it happens very gradually.
