Question: Why it takes a couple of seconds to the changes in Winamp's EQ make effect?

    Winamp keeps a bit of audio around after decoding before playing it back, to lessen the likelyhood of playback being interrupted if you open a browser/etc. You can tweak this in the output plug-ins. It might not be as necessary today as it was 10 years ago...
