Question: What is your computer/computers specs?
Asked by MS from Sweden (77.218.246.x) on November 6 2018, 3:16pm

Right now I'm typing at my desk, on a mid-2014 Retina MBP 15" (quad core i7 with 16GB RAM) hooked up to a thunderbolt display. It's pretty handy. In the studio I have a Q9400 (2.6ghz, 8GB RAM maybe?) running Linux for recording, using a RME HDSP 9652 (PCI card).

Question: There's more and more REAPER stuff getting released by other people. What do you think, would it be good idea to start including those as separate purchases through REAPER web. Why not give other developers a chance to actually make the living. Some stuff being released is insanely genius and deserves a proper release channel. After all, you relied on the community for so long calling it your biggest asset. I get bug fixing responsibility is a question here, but I bet it's solvable

Question: Do you prefer fitness bands or smart watches? Do you have any?
Asked by Abhi (117.207.138.x) on October 25 2018, 3:30pm

I have a 3rd gen Apple watch with LTE, which I only use for running (sending/receiving texts while running is nice, and not having to bring a phone is also nice). I also use it for swimming, it's very cool how it can detect laps and the type of swimming stroke used. It's terrible for non-activity use, IMO, and it has to live on the charger (it seems like off the charger, not on a wrist, in airplane mode, the battery should last days and days, but it goes down so quick. It's literally doing nothing except keep time, it should be able to go into some deep sleep IMO...).

Question: Is there somewhere info about structure of .RfxChain files? e.g. what else parameters are except REQUIRED_CHANNELS, COMMENT in other place, etc. I would like to simplify function for reading fxchain, i tried to be careful not to break trackchunk, so my func is very big and slow. It's not feature request!!! Just would like to read some info on subject, if it's available somewhere.thanks.

To varying degrees of competence: drums, guitar, bass, ukele (5 chords or so?), clarinet, flute, a bit of sax (mostly like clarinet anyway), piano poorly... maybe that’s it?
