So, how to detect fraudulent purchases? Scammer buy the product using paypal option in FastSpring store and the next day he opens a dispute from paypal. How can you prevent that?

Scammer opened a case "unauthorized activity" in paypal. FS refunded them and charged $20 from me. So, I contacted the FS and they say: "I understand how frustrating this can be. We, too, find it frustrating and we get hit with a fee each time they occur." So they charge that fee from me! I think the only option is to remove paypal support from the FS store!

If it happens often enough to outweigh the sales using PayPal, then definitely!
