I'd like to implement a better interpolation algorithm than cubic for SuperCollider's PlayBuf UGen (see
doc.sccode.org/Classes/PlayBuf.html
. I know C++ a bit but not much interpolation algorithm. What algorithm for this kind of real time sampler would you recommend with today's processing power ?

For static rate changes (e.g. no pitch bends), r8brain-free is awesome. Otherwise sinc interpolation, with some AA filtering...
