Question: AFAIK, REAPER uses GDI, and GDI is hardware accelerated, atleast partially, but so much talk on the forum about REAPER's GUI no being hardware accelerated. Could You please clarify, is it or not?

    REAPER uses the GDI to draw to screen, but it renders things in software
