Question: What was your main motivation when you first coded Winamp? Did you have plans of making it big right form the beginning?

My motivation for making software is always the same: making stuff that I want to use. Winamp was no different, I just wanted to listen to music on the computer, and I wanted that experience to be enjoyable.
