Question: MultiVert and MultiHoriz Gestures... How are they performed? I couldn't find an answer on the entire internet

What you are describing seems like mousewheel and horizwheel on a trackpad. In the stock Reaper config, MultHoriz is mapped to View: Scroll view horizontally one page reversed (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel) & MultVert is mapped to View: Scroll view vertically one page (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel). Running the actions doesn't seem to do anything either. Seems like a mystery only you would know the answer to! After all it's in Reaper :)

hmmm so maybe those 2 actions are broken then, as running them from the actions menu doesn't do anything either. What are those actions supposed to do?

Those actions should do things if you bind them to a MIDI controller or mousewheel or OSC. They only make sense in that context, not in the "run from menu" context (hence "MIDI CC relative/mousewheel" etc)

Ok so the actions do work but the maybe those are some super specific touch gestures then that are touch screen only? It's hard hard not to wonder! The last I see those gestures talked about is in the pre-release forum in 2011 by EvilDragon: forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=91000
