Question: Best place to send a slew of Reaper MIDI Editor bugs/mishaps as to not spam the bug report forum and to make the time in putting the report together worthwhile?

Put 'em in a single thread on the bug report forum, but also if you're not using the pre-release version try that one as it's been getting some attention.
