Question:
ARM64 or ARM64EC ?
Asked by Ruchira (175.157.46.x) on February 15 2025, 3:04pm
Reply on February 15 2025, 3:24pm:
Depends if you want to be able to mix amd64 emulated code in the same process. For a DAW or anything that loads plug-ins, or if porting legacy code, arm64ec. If you're writing a new completely standalone app, I'd probably go arm64 since it gives you some extra registers to work with, etc.
