Question: I understand the concept of filming in public for personal memory purposes or even uploading to social media in some aspects if there is no ill intention and even better with permission for those that were filmed (and of course immediate removal if someone is affected in any way). it seems like many people get away with ill intentions and financial gains from abusing this matter with the excuse (I'm allowed to film in public). What's your view on this?

Shrug, yeah, seems like you should have to get peoples permission to use images of them for profit.

what about news companies? They are profitable and use peoples images without permission from the individual all the time.

Hmm they often get releases from people, I think? Anyway, maybe there should be something where if someone is breaking the law, they should lose the privacy right?
