Question: Have you ever had sciatica from all the sitting we do as programmers?

yeah been dealing with some bulging discs and stuff, grr, thankfully not very painful just nervy.. I attribute it to lifting things incorrectly and such, but no doubt all of the sitting hasn't helped.
