Question:
I tried to use gmem in a lua-script to set a value that I read out the next time I run the script. Like extstates but with gmem. However, the second time I run the script, the attached gmem seems to be cleared and contains only 0. Is this normal behavior or rather a bug?

Yes gmem only works as long as something is retaining it.

Ah, so if a JSFX/VideoProcessor is still using it, it will retain its values?
