I think Chrome as of late. I like the unified URL/search bar, the native PDF support, flash support, the fact that it never prompts me to upgrade (firefox's upgrade-on-startup thing annoys the living crap out of me), etc... Comment...

Our normal cycle (i.e. 3.0 to 3.7x) is time based. Occasionally you need to go do deeper digging that requires a lot more time spent testing, so we like to reserve that for the big numbers. It does take a while, but it seems to be working OK. Time based releases make more sense to me if your software is integrating a lot of packages that are developed at their own pace. Comment...
