There is no division based on complexity of feature, though we do informally pick our tasks based on relative expertise and code familiarity. Having said that, most features end up having had multiple people worked on them, as we all try to use REAPER and make sure that changes/addition fit in with our visions of the program... Comment... It was pretty awesome for a while, finding yourself in situations where you need to buy things and being able to, but generally speaking the idea of things is much better than actually having them. Unless they are things you use every day (for example, a faster computer when you spend tons of time every day in front of your computer waiting for things to compile = win.
